White Label PPC That Disappears Into Your Brand

We run the ads. Your clients see only your name, your reports, and your results.

From Google and Microsoft to Meta and LinkedIn, every campaign is set up, optimized daily, and reported under your agency's brand. No MarketerFirst footprint, anywhere.

Every Agency Hits This Wall With Paid Ads

Three versions of the same problem. All three end the same way.

You're saying no when clients ask about paid.

A client wants to add Google or Meta to the mix. You say it's not what you do. They go elsewhere. Six months later, that elsewhere is handling their social, their SEO, and their site too. The PPC question lost you the account.

You're running campaigns on the side, badly.

You said yes because you couldn't afford to say no. Now you're juggling Google Ads, Meta, and a freelancer who shows up some weeks and not others. Your client's CPA is moving in the wrong direction. You can feel the call coming.

You can't justify a senior PPC hire.

A real senior PPC lead is $100K plus tools and benefits. The economics don't work until you're running 10 to 15 active accounts. You won't have those accounts until you can deliver, and you can't deliver without the hire.

There's a cleaner way to handle all three.

What's Included

White Label PPC, Defined

White label PPC is when a specialist sets up, runs, and reports on paid campaigns on your behalf. Your clients see only your brand. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Campaign Strategy and Setup

Audience research, keyword strategy, ad-group architecture, account structure. Built right the first time so optimizations compound, not get rebuilt every quarter.

Ad Creative and Copy

Headlines, descriptions, responsive search ads, display briefs. Variants written and tested, never set-and-forget.

Daily Bid and Budget Management

Bids tuned daily. Underperforming ad groups paused. Budget reallocated to top performers. No autopilot.

Conversion Tracking and Attribution

GTM, GA4, and platform pixels configured so the numbers in your report match what's actually happening on the client's site.

Every engagement includes branded monthly reports, ready to send directly to your clients, with your logo and your name on every page.
Our Commitment

The MarketerFirst Zero-Footprint Guarantee

Your clients never find out. Not through a report header. Not through an ad-account email. Not by accident.

  • Every deliverable carries your agency's name, not ours.
  • No MarketerFirst branding, credits, or agency links in any client-facing material.
  • No outreach emails, ad-account notifications, or communications that reference MarketerFirst to your client's contacts.
  • If our name appears anywhere it shouldn't, we fix it immediately. No invoice. No negotiation.

This is the standard. It is not optional.

Simple Process

How It Works

From first conversation to branded deliverables. Here's the full picture.

  1. Discovery and Scope

One call. We learn your agency, your clients, and the platforms in play. We define the scope together and confirm what "white labeled" means for your brand.

  2. Account Audit or Setup

We audit existing ad accounts or stand up new ones. Conversion tracking is wired or rebuilt. We hold access, you hold ownership. Your client's billing stays in your client's name.

  3. Monthly Execution

Bids tuned daily. Ad copy tested. Negatives added. Budget reallocated. You get monthly status updates in Slack, email, or whatever channel you prefer.

  4. Your Report. Your Brand.

Each month you receive a client-ready report with your logo, your color palette, and your agency's name. The wins are yours. We stay invisible.

What Makes This Different

Percentage of Ad Spend, Daily Optimization, and an Ad Account That Stays Yours

Three things about how we run white label PPC that are not standard in the category.

Percentage of ad spend, not flat fees.

Our management fee scales as a percentage of your client's monthly ad spend. As budgets grow, so does the revenue you pass through — and your margin stays intact. You always know exactly what you're paying relative to what's being spent, with no surprises.

Your client owns the ad account.

Ad accounts stay in your or your client's name on day one. We are granted access. We do not hold ownership of accounts, budgets, conversion data, or campaign history. If you ever exit the partnership, nothing migrates. There is nothing to migrate.

Daily optimization, not weekly audits.

Bids, budgets, and ad copy are reviewed every business day. Underperforming ad groups are paused before they spend through a weekend. The optimization cadence is what produces the 30–40% average CPA reduction in the first 90 days. Without it, the numbers are just clicks.

Who We Work With

Built for Agencies at Every Stage

White label PPC isn't only for established agencies running 10+ active accounts. Here's who it fits.

Agency Owners

You run a full-service or specialist agency. Paid ads keep coming up in client conversations and proposals. You want to close the work and deliver it confidently without building a paid media practice from scratch.

Add PPC retainers without adding headcount.

Consultants and Fractional CMOs

You advise on growth but need a specialist execution partner for paid. Your clients trust you to recommend the right experts and they assume those experts are part of your team.

Expand your scope without expanding your firm.

Scaling Agencies

You're growing faster than your team can absorb. New PPC clients are in the pipeline but your delivery capacity is the bottleneck. You need a partner who can take volume without sacrificing optimization quality.

Scale delivery without breaking what's working.

What Agency Owners Say

From the people who were in the same position you're in now.

I run a PPC shop and still use MarketerFirst on overflow accounts. The optimization cadence is honestly tighter than my in-house team's. My clients see better ROAS and I keep my margins.

My e-commerce client doubled their monthly ad budget after the first 90 days. That only happens when the results are undeniable. MarketerFirst delivered exactly that.

Common Questions

Common Questions About White Label PPC

White label PPC is a service arrangement where a specialist provider, like MarketerFirst, executes paid-media strategy and campaigns on behalf of an agency or consultant who then presents the work to their own clients under their own brand. The end client never knows a third party is involved. The agency controls the relationship, sets the price, and delivers results as if they had a full in-house PPC team.
The agency owns the client relationship, sells the retainer at the price they set, holds the ad account in the agency or client name, and pays the platforms through the client's billing. MarketerFirst runs campaign setup, daily bid and budget management, ad copy, conversion tracking, and the branded monthly report. The agency approves strategy at kickoff and reviews each report before sending it. MarketerFirst never contacts the agency's clients.
The end client pays the ad platforms. Ad spend is billed to a payment method in the client's name or the agency's name, never the white label partner's. This protects both the agency and the client and removes the most common point of failure in white label PPC partnerships.
The agency or the agency's client. The ad account stays in the agency's name or the client's name. The white label partner is granted access but never holds ownership. The agency can exit the partnership at any time and retain the account, conversion history, and campaign data.
PPC is fast. Most accounts see first conversions in the first week of going live. Meaningful CPA and ROAS improvement typically lands by day 30. Compounding gains, often a 30 to 40 percent CPA reduction, typically show up at the 60 to 90 day mark.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. The platform mix is recommended per client based on funnel stage and audience.
